Harwich, Massachusetts Mooring Servicing Agent Listings The Harbor Management Plan adopted by the Board of Selectmen February 2004 requires the annual attention of moorings and inspection. Permit holders must make arrangements to have their moorings hauled, maintained, inspected and deployed (set). Mooring permit holders are encouraged to contact these agents in their specific area to insure they are on the mooring plan as soon as possible. The maintenance, inspection and tending of moorings in each mooring area shall be done by the following companies.
