* Review talking points on HMP Boatyard/Yacht Club mooring changes & A-permit possible changes.  I am missing some notes on the Boatyard/Yacht Club mooring changes.  Can anyone help out?  (The discussions about the letter that the Town Counsel sent back.  We had quite a lengthy discussion on this.)
